As truly wireless earphones became the standard, custom fit emerged as a defining point of difference. UE FITS and Logitech G FITS brought custom-fit earbud technology from the professional audio world into everyday consumer use using breakthrough LIGHTFORM technology, molding earbuds to a user’s ear shape in about 60 seconds. In gaming, the technology protected Logitech’s winning position in headphones by solving the latency issue of earphones with a dongle. UE FITS targeted music lovers and creators, while Logitech G FITS adapted the same innovation for gamers needing long-wear comfort, stability, and immersive audio. Jonah led this work as General Manager of Ultimate Ears Earphones.
